Spiced Potato Burger
The regular McDonald’s menu can get a little predictable. But have you seen McDonald’s India menu?
McDonald's launched it's India stores when I was in college and I clearly remember how excited I was to order the McAloo Tikki.
The McAloo Tikki consists of a burger patty made of spiced potatoes and peas. It was so wildly successful that it became the face of McDonald's India.
The patties I made were slightly too big so I’ve adjusted the recipe to make the patty a bit more manageable.
