Onion Bhaji (Onion Fritters)
If you love onion rings, you are going to love this recipe. It's simple, you don't have to make a perfect batter and it produces mega crunch! In addition to that, this recipe is made of chickpea flour which means it's gluten free.
I love adding cumin to it but you can add any other spice of your choice!

Ingredients
1. 1 large red onion
2. 1/2 cup chickpea flour
3. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
4. Salt
5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
6. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili
7. 1/2 tsp turmeric
8. Oil to fry
