Kolkata Fish Fry
Growing up, I had fish curry for lunch everyday but I didn't love as much. What I loved was the fried fish cutlets available at roadside shops in Kolkata.
It's crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside! The fish is marinated in a flavorful paste and then breaded and deep-fried. You won't be able to stop at one!
It's served with a simple salad made of onions and with a pungent Bengali mustard sauce.
