Chai 3 Ways (3 Recipes in 1)
I love chai in all its forms. In this video, I make 3 different types of chai and share my recipes with you.
I make masala chai, ginger chai and Calcutta specialty, Lemon Tea (Lebu Cha).

Ingredients
Masala Chai
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp Black CTC tea leaves
Whole spices: 1 black cardamom, 4 green cardamoms, 1 inch stick cinnamon, 6 cloves
Ginger Chai
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp Black CTC tea leaves
1 inch ginger, chopped
Lemon Chai (Lebu Cha)
1 cup water
4 tsp granulated sugar
3/4 tbsp Black CTC tea leaves
1-2 tbsp lemon juice (adjust according to your taste)
1 tsp black pepper powder
